Subject: Verification completed.
Attn:Janice Louise Rockwell Powel,
Sir,
This is to inform you that we have completed our investigation and
discovered that you have two things militating against the release of
your fund, we have advised Natwest bank to keep the fund in a trust
account in your name pending your ability to complete required process
which will empower the bank to authenticate your account for withdrawals
by you as the beneficiary.
However, we will like you to know that you have a limited time to have
your fund with Natwest as it is meant for further credit to your
deisgnated bank account which you will be required to reconfirm to the
bank to avoid any misdirection of fund.
We have already informed Bureau of Verification, Compliance, and
Implementation (VCI) in the USA on the outcome of our investigation as
we are meant to copy any of our messages to the office to acertain who
is responsible for the delay.
Furthermore, you will be required to obtain a clean report of finding
from AU-UN office here in Republic of Benin inline with the agreement
reached with the AU,UN and the World bank as we have to issue the report
direct to the holding bank of your fund in London to enable the bank
register your fund with Her Majesty Customs to enable the bank affect
the release of your fund.
Note that we have limited time for each client as we have to roundup
everything concerning your fund on or before the end of the month
therefore your prompt compliance will be highly appreciated.
Thanks for your co-operation,
Joel Adechi Dr.
UN Representative Benin Republic.
